21 day fix

So I've completed my 2nd program with Beachbody! I'm on a roll!! I guess its true what they say, once you see results you're hooked! Well this program is called "21 day fix." It is a portion control meal planning program with a killer fitness program. The workouts are all 30mins and focus on specific things like, upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga.... etc. The workouts are a little easier than T25 workouts mostly because you do a move for a minute and then get a 15 second break between moves.
So 21 days with Autumn Calabrese and I dropped 5lbs and 9.5inches. :) I've taken a week off and will be doing round 2 starting Monday!!
