Well I just restarted T-25 but this time I'm doing it with a challenge group where Ill have more accountability! Its only a 21 day challenge due to Christmas, but studies say to start or break a habit you have to be consistent for 21 days. So, fingers crossed! I WILL finish! I WILL reap the rewards. :)
I'm pretty excited to be "co-hosting" I guess you could say, my first 5 days challenge. :) I'm spreading the news about health people! It feels so good to feel comfortable in my body! :)
