Enjoying my first shakeology before a road trip to my moms house.
I blended a scoop of Vanilla Shakeology and 1 cup of cold coffee with ice. Vanilla latte I believe its called. YUM!
Spray bottom of glass pie pan
layer 1/4 cup of each veggie and 2 turkey sausage patties crumbled
poor 10 eggs (scrambled)
400° (preheated)
30mins .... top with salsa.

Pesto Chicken with a side of Salad (pack below)
Make pesto with basil leaves, evoo and pine nuts
Grill chicken plain
Put evoo in a pan with a little pesto, put chicken on top add a couple drops (tsp) on top of chicken add about 1/4 cup water in pan and top with foil.
put in the oven at 350 for about 15-20mins.

Protein pumpkin pancake:
1c rolled oats
1/2c cottage cheese
1tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup egg whites (6 eggs)
1/4c pumpkin puree (fresh)
Mix wet ingredients in blender, add dry ingredients.
Put coconut oil on griddle and poor batter on. (Pancakes the size of large soup cans)
Then put coconut oil (A little goes a LONG way) on the pancakes in place of syrup. Delish and filling!!!
Chicken Taco's
-Chickened seasoned to preference
-Whole wheat tortillas
-Black beans
-Tomatoes
-Romaine lettuce

1 banana
1 tbs natural peanut butter
1 cup of water
and ice

Teriyaki salmon with pineapple
-Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce over night (or at least a couple hours) then grill it.
Squash with nutmeg
-Steam squash until soft enough to cube & sprinkle with
and quinoa with cilantro and red peppers. Yum!
Turkey burger
-ground turkey seasoned to your preference made into patties, cooked on stovetop or grill.
-bruschetta with lentils on top
-Quinoa, with basil, mushrooms and red pepper
-avocado & tomatoes on the side.
Turkey bacon
2 full eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 apple
Grilled chicken with cucumber salad
Season chicken to your preference and grill.
Chop up a couple cucumbers and tomatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder and toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
