Well I woke up this morning and went over to spend time with my grandparents. I should have woken up earlier and worked out but I didn't and my grandma was in the hospital with congestive heart failure a couple weeks ago so her and my gpa are a priority in my life.
No excuses, I should have woken up earlier, mostly because starting your day with a workout is the best way to jump start your metabolism for the whole day and because you get it over with! Regardless, when I came home (around 6pm) I did the workout! :) Its getting easier. Still pretty sore but its never been an unbearable soreness. Its a twinge that reminds me I'm getting stronger.
26 days to go! Better than 30! :)
And my step mom ordered me shakeology for my birthday!!! :) YAY!
