Day 1:
I had a yummy breakfast. Scrambled eggs with black beans, avocado and a banana.
Did a yoga warm up and then Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1. I did it without free weights because I have none at the moment. It was hard and my limbs feel heavy and shaky.
I think Ill go for a walk later this evening.
Took down day 1 like a boss!
29 days to go! Better than 30!
